When RBC cells burst open, is the absorbance high or low? - burst open rina
When the red blood cells are placed in a hypotonic solution to burst, the cells releasing hemoglobin into solution. The result is an absorbing higher or lower?
My guess is low, as the haemogobin clean solution and placed in the bottom of the tube.
Can anyone confirm? Thank you.
