Okay, this question may be poorly expressed. Basically, sites like FamilyGuy.com SouthParkStudios.com and are of high quality streaming and flash videos (whatever) episodes, but you can see if you live in the United States. Is there a way to avoid what I can see these videos in the UK, either with software or something ...

Veoh.com blocks many countries for reasons of polictal and I think I read that the cross can be blocked using a proxy to see the videos. As can be sure that you use to view these videos. In the UK and also bothers me when doing the site.
Try proxy.org perhaps.
