Only you can answer that depends - whether on your personal situation.
Much depends on your personal situation. How healthy you are, how often do you see the doctors. Do you have a rule a number of prescription drugs.
Personally, my wife and I are deductible in a shop under the plan, unless the co-payments, but higher monthly premiums. We do not take care of our visits to the doctor or the costs and prefer to only the amount paid over each month.
